You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making trading decisions. We are not registered financial advisors or investment professionals.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tier Alba and its affiliates are not liable for: direct losses arising from the use of our products or services, indirect losses or consequential damages, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data or information, trading losses of any kind, account closures or suspensions by prop firms, technical issues or software malfunctions, interruption of service, or any other losses or damages — except as expressly provided in our Refund and Challenge-Guarantee Policy.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Our products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and accuracy or reliability of results.

Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity, you engage in abusive behavior, or as required by law or regulation.
Prop Firm Accounts: If you use our products with proprietary trading firm accounts, you are solely responsible for complying with the prop firm's rules. We are not affiliated with any prop firm unless explicitly stated, and we are not responsible for any actions taken by the prop firm.
Trading Platforms: We provide software compatible with certain trading platforms (e.g., MetaTrader). We are not responsible for platform outages or technical issues. You must ensure your platform version is compatible with our software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
Termination by You: You may stop using our services at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless specifically provided in our Refund Policy.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Italy, except where prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or collective action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Challenge-Guarantee Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tier Alba regarding our services.
